Homes by Avi - Lanark Landing Duplex

Good experience. Lenka was happy to show us multiple options for builds with no pressure or hassle. She had multiple people coming through but left us feeling like we were well attended to as well and had our questions all answered.

After almost 1 year I'm still waiting for my garage. I can see that they build pretty fast a new home in front of my house, but my garage never finishes.-----‐-----------------------Well, almost 1 month after this review and nothing.

Ashley, the sales person working there in Lanark was so rude welcoming us when we were there to inquire about 2 front garage lots.Last time also she was super rude and was not interested in giving proper info. She must know that we will have many questions while inquiring about a 600-700k house. She should be ready to answer.This time when we entered she welcomed us by saying : “ just to let you know that we closing at 5:00 pm. Also when we asked if homes by Avi got the new east facing lots, she replied “ I told you last time it will take a while and you are still here just in 2 weeks “. I mean who behaves like this. I would say she is not trained well and we will definitely hesitate to visit homes by AVI showhome again. We live in Lanark only and already having a house. Utterly horrible customer service experience. Disappointed

Lenka has been an absolute dream to work with.She did not put any pressure on us to purchase or to up sell. She was genuinely excited for us and so knowledgeable. She knows her products and she is happy to answer the million questions that you throw at her!We just put a deposit down on a new duplex and the kindness Lenka showed us really solidified our decision to choose Homes by Avi!

Lenka has been absolutely amazing to work with she is a top class lady and Avi is known for their excellent builds. Super happy we went with them you will not be dissapointed! Great customer experience

Lenka is an amazing ASM and was very helpful throughout the home buying process at Lanark. She’s on spot with recommendations and necessary guidance. I would recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy a new home in and around Calgary.

STAY AWAY!!!! MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMER EVEN THOUGH WE HELP STAY IN BUSINESS!!I would NOT recommend this builder to anyone. They waste your time and do not care about you..they know how stressful buying a house is, instead of helping you, they create more stress and make the whole process a nightmare. From my personal experience with them I STRONGLY recommend to take your business to a builder that cares for their customers and have values.I would only give Homes by avi Zero star if it was possible. They dont even deserve it.

We just wanted to give a huge shout out to the Area Manager (Ashley). She has been amazing to work with! She is attentive, very knowledgeable, and experienced. She responds to any emails quickly and with direct information, and if she is unsure of anything she happily looks into it for us. Although she is very busy (as are any good builders), she always makes us feel like a priority. We have also been to many showhomes in this process, and Homes by Avi’s showhomes are always the most stunning, functional, and well-valued! Overall 5 star experience!
