This review for aircanada customer service, very Bad customer service, after the guy wasn't able to help me and explain the discrepancy between my booking and information on aircanada website about baggage allowance.. I asked him to speak to a supervisor..and after waiting for an hour on hold .. they hang up on me .. very disappointing!

You can't put lipstick on a pig and call it a model.The location of this building completely ruins the gorgeous, state of the art facade this building eminates. Empty needles all over the property, assaults nearly weekly, under the influence individuals camped out front all year.And if you're assaulted, security will just watch it happen on the cameras and refuse to give police the footage.
