I wish I could give 10+ stars for this Dental office. I have severe dental anxiety from a bad experience and avoided the dentist for a long time. I’ve finally started going back and Dr. Hung has been the most amazing and supportive dentist I’ve ever had the luxury of being a patient of. Excellent bedside manner, calm, collective demeanour and overall just amazing service. This is the most amazing dentist office ever, I almost fall asleep in the chair every time now. Thank you Dr. Hung and the hygienist (can’t remember her name) for everything you’ve done and continue to do for me. Highly recommended this office for any dental needs, big or small.

Dr. Hung, Dr. Norsen, and all the staff at Smiles On Queen are exceptional. My husband, myself, and our small children are all relatively new patients at Smiles On Queen. Dr. Norrsen was especially wonderful with my children as it was their first time visiting the dentist. She was patient and so kind to them; making their first experience with the dentist a wonderful one. My kids are excited to visit the dentist thanks to her. I highly recommend Smiles on Queen!

Professional and friendly from the moment you enter the door until you leave. Ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and acknowledge you the moment you arrive. Excellent, thorough and high quality dental care. Glad i made the choice to switch to Smiles on Queen. (I would need 10 pages to say how great Tanya, my hygienist is! )

The receptionists needs some work on how to communicate with patients. They maxed out my insurance on my first visit and asked me to pay forMy second visit for cleaning and I have 100% coverage. Poor communication skills with clients. if you have private insurance, make sure you’re checking the charges. Won’t recommend this place to anyone.Update:Interesting that instead of trying to connect with me to get the patient’s perspective, you have opted to put blind trust in your employees version of what happened.When you direct bill insurance, that’s not courtesy. It’s the way you have decided to do business. If clients paid directly and you helped me coordinate something with insurance, that would be courtesy.Looking up my insurance eligibility and charging me for everything the insurance will cover for regardless of if I needed it or not is far beyond courtesy.In addition to this, I brought my 2 children for cleaning. During the visit, as soon as you figured out one of my children was eligible for x-rays, thru insurance I was told that you are not able to clean her teeth until you did her x-rays.However, cleaning for the other child without an x-ray wasn’t a problem.Doing exams and procedures just to steal from the insurance company is not good practice. Just because there’s coverage doesn’t mean you should charge for something.If you expect the client to know what is covered, you should ask the client if a certain procedure is ok to perform.Asking questions is not considered verbal abuse just because you get caught up in your lies and are unable to no longer truthfully answer. Learning to take accountability should be the first step. Not covering up the mistakes with more lies.

Dr. Hedy Norsen is just wonderful! She is knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. She answers all your questions and gives you great advice. I highly recommend her services!Also, the whole team is great!

Cannot express how wonderful this dentist office is.Right from the get-go, they have been extraordinary. From their excellent communication and friendliness to thorough explanations of what to expect, they make it all very easy and stress-free. Very kind and non-judgemental, plus upfront about options and fees to help with your budget. They go out of their way to not just make their patients comfortable, but are also very conscientious about costs which made a world of difference for me and my family.Amazing from appointment making straight through to treatment. Really and truly, I am so happy our family made the switch to this dental office. Shout-out to Tanya, she is a treasure!

Dr. Lawrence Hung takes the time to listen to his patients' concerns and is very gentle during procedures. I have done teeth whitening and placed a dental crown placed, both times my experience was awesome!

Smiles on Queen is amazing! The staff are professional and friendly and I have always had a wonderful experience at every appointment. I have even referred family who have all become patients. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist.
