Matthias did a truly profession reconditioning on our 120 year old Grandfather clock. The clock had not operated in over twenty years when he picked up the clock last fall. He committed to return the clock in the Spring and he showed up yesterday to return the clock internals. The Grandfather clock is now running perfectly. The mechanism has never been this quiet, time is accurate to 4 seconds per day and the Westminster chimes sound just like Big Ben! The repair cost was exactly as he had quoted. GREAT JOB!

This gentleman is kind and very very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job fixing my grandfather clock. It took a long time but I was told that in advance and was willing to wait in order to get it fixed properly. I wouldn't use anyone else to repair my clock.

I have had a very old Vienna Regulator that I inherited from my father over 20 years ago, it is over 100 years old. When I first got this clock, I was able to find a Master Watch & Clockmaker in Winnipeg who lovingly restored it and got it working beautifully. He could not find an apprentice, so his knowledge passed when he did a few years later. I then spent much money and time trying to find someone else that could help me maintain this clock. Until I found Matthias here when we moved to Kelowna, I thought it was a lost cause.Matthias is amazing, thorough, and very knowledgeable. The clock had not run for over a year after the last guy fixed" it over 9 months for over $300. Matthias got it running beautifully again and even adjusted the chime tone so it wasn't quite so "jarring". We are so pleased!I truly hope that master craftsmen like Matthias are able to find apprentices to pass their knowledge on to future generations
