I love trucking in my RV with my 18 children. We caught a sheephead. He was not tasty. I met my best friend there. His name was Leopald the water bottle. So 5 stars even though i caught a sheephead

Thank you Big Fish Bay. We had 3 lots booked for our family. The kids working in the front office were always pleasant to us. The staff was super accommodating. The sunsets were amazing. Thanks again. We will be back.

The only waterfront access in town that we could find. Just drove in, stopped at the water for 5 min and left. Saw a fair number of what appears to be year round sight settled in for the cold. Looked like a nice park.

Wonderful place with gorgeous views and cabins! And while that is amazing, it pales in comparison to how well they treat people. With family evacuating, we were fortunate enough to have a fantastic woman sticking around past her time to help my friends and family seek comfort. Look forward to a gorgeous summer to return for even more beautiful views and loving memories. A must visit for anyone looking to make lots of great memories both on and off the waters.

This place is very poorly managed. They changed my booking dates twice, they changed the site I chose and the customer service is horrible. When confronted with the errors they made, they went on and on about their “policy” so they would not have to be accountable for their actions. When I asked for a refund, they would only offer a credit (as if we would ever go back).

Big Fish Bay is absolutely amazing. We came here with our family in July and stayed in cabins 5 and 12. They are so clean and MODERN! Each unit even has an AC unit which is huge!!! Definitely was nice since it was 30 degrees almost everyday we stayed there. The staff are all super nice and accommodating. We had few requests that they went above and beyond to help fulfill. The lake is just beautiful and great for kids because it shallow and super warm. And NO ALGAE!We loved it so much we decided to book again for august. They just happened to have a cabin open for a time frame that worked for us so we grabbed it. We would definitely recommend Big Fish Bay!

This place is absolutley beautiful. I had a blast when I cam camping here. They sell ice cream and good snacks in the office, the view of the lake is nice, I just love this place...Why do they have outhouses right next to funcional bathrooms?***WHY DO THE OUTHOUSES SMELL LIKE THEY HAVEN'T BEEN CLEANED IN 7 YEARS???***

Can't believe its 2023, and you are still enacting breed specific legislation for aggressive" dog breeds. Its awful you are lumping all dogs of a specific breed into one category. Clear lack of education on your part. Shame on you."

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. It is a huge campground with mostly seasonal rentals. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The campers were friendly as well and respectful for the most part. You can go for a nice walk/run without even leaving the campground! There are lots of areas for kids to play and a couple of playgrounds with a trail to the beach which looks like it would be well used in the summer. It was very muddy when we arrived and lots of areas that appeared to be under construction. They had way more rain this year than normal so it was to be expected. Things dried up nicely over the few days we were there. There is a new 50 Amps area that will be really nice once the trees start to grow….sites appear a bit narrower but still quite nice.It doesn’t;t appear as though the staff respond to their emails to frequently so make sure you phone if they don’t respond.Cell service is very weak here however we found Slave Lake town has a beautiful library so we could continue with home-schooling.The only things that could use a bit of “tweaking” are:The noise level on weekends as there were a few groups gathering on the long weekend that were fairly loud late into the night.Lots of kids driving around the golf carts with their dogs off leash that could be intimidatingThere doesn’t seem to be any restrictions on what you can build or put up so there are a few places that look like “compounds” within the campground. It is still worth the stay just be prepared!
