Top Knot Dog Grooming

Right from the second we walked through the door we felt so comfortable. It was Cleo's first time to be groomed and they were genuinely caring about it being a positive experience. I will be back!! Before and after pictures included.

The new owner Riley gave us a warm welcome and our groomer Jess did an amazing job with desheding my 5yr old husky/shepherd.We love that they focused on Xena only with their one-on-one bookings and no kennels.

Bad customer service skills. There is no late arrival policy on their website, and when our dog arrived late for their full groom there was no discussion on possible options for the remaining time. Our dog was immediately denied, despite us getting there. When I followed up about our second dog's appointment only three texts occurred. I was told the late fee is full price because the appointment had been cancelled. I responded that they cancelled it, we showed up late, and they could have done something (bath, nails, sanitary trim) in the remaining time so I'm not going to pay a full fee cancellation. The final text was a long, rude message cancelling my upcoming grooms. There was no follow-up by the owner the next day. We lost our groomer and our two grooming appointments that have been set since February.If you don't end up needing to communicate with them they groom phenomenally and have a wonderful concept. I'm shocked at how they reacted, and that the owner did not bother to follow-up with this exchange.

So happy with our experience.I have a high shed dog who’s also very anxious and I felt super confident in leaving her with the staff.There are no longer seasonal clumps of fur falling off of her and she’s softer and fuzzier than any other groomer has been able to get her.Already booked for our other dog who is a husky mix. The girls are kind and professional and their care for the dogs shows, 100% would recommend these grooming services to a friend!

Wonderful experience! We had prior groomers over the years that retired and needed to find a new one for our 12 year old Yorkie, first time being groomed here and it’s the best she has looked! She came back happy and looking great. Would definitely recommend!

Our 11/2 year old ShiTzu had her first cut after we rescued her in March. Cassie was matted so badly, Top Knot Dog Grooming staff shaved her down, and revealed a beautiful little girl! Jess and Riley are amazing. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. Everything from the stellar communication (reminder texts and pick up phone calls) to their superb skill with my two very challenging pooches. My little guy is a senior pup with a face only a dog mama can love and Jess nailed his cut on the very first try which truly is a feat. Riley has been so gracious and kind to work with our newly rescued mammoth of a pupper who is not only challenging in sheer size but in behavioural issues due to lack of proper care and socialization from her previous owners/shelter. Thank you for the awesome service ladies!

I had a lot of trouble finding a groomer that my dog Buddy liked. But he absolutely LOVES Jess and grooming is not a big ordeal anymore! Thanks Jess for making my dog fall in love with you!

Brought our dog Harley here for the first time and they treated him great were very kind and welcoming. Our groomer Jess did a great job on doing exactly what we wanted in terms of the length and how we wanted his ears/tail done. definitely recommend and already booked our next appointment.
