Not recommended.Different staff handled my application and gave me different advices and promises. I completed my documents and their staff promise to submitted it in a week for finalization and review and it's now running a month they are just started to review and finalize my docs. Also they gave me not updated forms that so hassle on my part because we already notarized the wrong forms they sent from other country and in inside canada so 2 forms. (expensive and stressful). There's no update as well. I got a consultant for a worry less application but it becomes so stressful. I tried to refund my downpayment 2 months ago if I'm not mistaken but one their staff talked to me that they will handle my concern right away. And I regret that I listened to her and not push through my refund.

The owner and the stuffs are amazing. If you have legal question that need an asap legal answer just see them. I had my IRRC papers filed by them and at last it went thru without a problem. Helpful and friendly people. Most recommended. Can I give them 5m stars?.. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

UNPROFESSIONALS!!Am I the only client to express a disappointments with this company?I had my tax done with them 2 years in a row. I have not received any summary of filing for those years. I tried and called them, and I was told to pay for the pc of paper 15$ each year? is this not gauging? Everywhere you go to get your tax filed you received a summary or breakdown on paper. I even ask through email and they don’t need to print. ( I didn’t get a reply of my email btw.. unprofessional) I just needed this information to go online so I can access my own account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ACTAX due to this horrible experience .call me if you want to revise my review.

We used Actax to help secure our live in caregiver. They forgot about our application and then misplaced the documents we sent them. This obviously caused distrust on our side, and so we made sure to continue to follow up with them closely. Even with that, they made errors with our caregivers account. We are glad we were able to complete the LMIA process, but it was not without stress.
