This review is for the Clora Beauty store located on the corner of Hurontario and Dundas.I called the store today to clarify a discrepancy on my receipt. I spoke to someone who identified herself as Liz". She or he was very aggressive and not allowing me to speak. I asked to speak to the manager Kim and the rude staff told me that she/he was the manager and proceeded to talk over me before I can explain my concerns. I politely asked the staff "Liz" to allow me to speak

Rude & Unhelpful Staff!I have been shopping here last 4 years and not once have I been greeted, asked for help or been helped with friendliness by any of the staff members there. They're always gossiping about their personal lives and ignore customers. I've had other customers in the store help me more than the staff there. Absolutely shameful.

This was my first time in the store and I was looking for products for my daughter, I was helped by this tall girl, who’s name is Julya. A couple minutes after she helped me, I overheard her and an employee getting into a heated argument. After the altercation happened, she apologized to us, which I found to be really professional of her. I’ll be coming back soon and hopefully a situation like this doesn’t happen again!

Makaeda & Denone were just the absolute most wonderful help for my wife. They gave great recomendatio.s and you could tell we're still humbled will definitely be comming back to this location. Even the security guard was awesome. Thank you for making her Clore experience wonderful because he last experience wonderful.

Clore Beauty carries LA girl which is hard to find in Canada. I got their peach color corrector which was less than $6! The price is better than what you would find on Amazon. The store is clean and neat, would come again!
