Really pleased with customer service. Helpful, friendly and patient with us (husband & wife were appliance shopping together). Delivery men showed up at time quoted, in less than 48 hours and put the fridge in place and even levelled it for us. I will definitely return when we need replacement appliances in the future.So much better than the cold and impersonal big box stores that charge for shipping and you're lucky to see it 2 weeks after you purchased it.

I have a multi-unit residential property for which I’ve been using MacDonald’s Home Appliance for over a year now. They are prompt with their service and are great to deal with. Amongst other things, I’ve replaced fridges and washer/dryers. They are my go to when in need of appliance servicing and/or replacement.

My husband and I needed a new washer and decided to go to McDonald's Home Appliances . We looked at the stock available and decided to update all our appliances . Fridge stove and stackable washer dryer . The staff were friendly and helpful . Wanda and James made every attempt to fix some minor problems with our appliances . The repairman Jim was very knowledge stating he has done this job for 41 years . He was very professional . We are glad we purchased our appliances from McDonalds .

Shopping local always pays off. My washing machine finally died. High tailed it up to Mount Forest with minutes to spare and very helpful in the store. Being delivered in 2 days. Will be using them again to upgrade my other appliances. Thank you so much.

They were patient, honest, helpful, and knowledgeable in helping me to solve a problem with my old electric range. Never was I pressured to buy new, only the help I needed to get the proper part and the help needed to solve my problem. Thanks again Wanda and Jim for all your help. we purchased a fridge a month ago from MacDonald's after our 70 year old fridge door handle broke a spring and couldn't be fixed :(Then our 72 year old stove wiring became funky so we returned to purchase a new stove. Really great and helpful staff. Delivery was so quick and the polite & professional men levelled it and did a run through of operating. I would purchase an appliance from these wonderful people again.

Very helpful, informative and supportive while I tried to fix my washer myself. The part ordered arrived in a few days. I was able to fix the problem myself and can do the laundry again!
