Worse service ever. I did a reservation online then I received an email saying successful reservation. The day after I received a call saying they made a mistake. Very bad experience with this company. NOT RECOMMEND IT

Scamming me out of 900$ in damages I didn’t do. Upon call with manager, he was rude saying to accept responsibility or sue uhaul. This is after I accepted the truck with its damages as it is. AVOID.

This is the worst Uhaul in the area. I rented from here in their website, and the place was closed (Sunday). I had to call them, only to be redirected to another store, that had absolutely no information about my order.
