I normally use this store and only have no problem unfortunately yesterday I was made to feel ashamed because I came in to cash a paycheck. I was questioned with why I didn't take it to my own bank and when I told them that my bank holds new checks for 7 days she basically called me a liar and said that her friend can cash his checks at Scotia instantly.I don't appreciate being called a liar and I don't appreciate the disrespectful way I was treated. It is really making me think of whether I want to do business with this company again in the future.One must wonder whatever happened to customer service.
