Customer service is horrible and they are extremely unwelcoming. Visited the store (which had no other customers) with 3 staff working. Staff didn’t acknowledge me, say hello or ask if they could help. Very bad environment. Would not recommend visiting

A friend of ours recommended we visit House Warming. We were were told the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Turns out she was right. Michele listened to our needs and made subtle suggestions that were inline with our tastes. Great selection of furniture. Great experience.

Staff here are very nice and accommodating. We purchased a custom bed and night tables and of course encountered covid delays but we also had our own and they have been nothing but sweet. Vesna helped us and we would definitely recommend her!

Great store with super friendly and helpful staff. Michelle, the owner is always so kind and really knows her stuff as do the staff that I have worked with. There always seems to be a good inventory in the actual store and if not in stock what I have ordered has arrived quickly and I find the price points really reasonable. I really like this location too for easy parking.

Love love love this store. Where we go for all our furniture and home decor needs. Michele has amazing taste and is always willing to spend the time to make sure her customers are getting exactly what they desire at a great price.

Bought 10K worth of furniture 3 years ago. Had a problem with one of the items. Communication was initially slow but manager explained the reason behind delay. The co-owner ended up stepping to the plate and made sure my issues were rectified quickly and with great results. He also followed up to make sure I was happy with end results and again apologized for the initial slow response.

My wife and I have bought several pieces of furniture from house warming’s. Dealing with the owners Michelle and Leon was a great experience. Michelle was amazing in recommending the furniture that fit our decor. She was able to recommend furniture for our dining room, family room, kitchen and bedroom. Her experience and keen eye made my wife happy. Happy wife happy life. Leon was able to provide us with prompt service and delivery dates. The delivery crew was amazing and took extra care and time to ensure every thing was perfect. We just had purchased a cottage up north and had House Warmings furnish the cottage complete. Martha Stewart look out. This team of MICHELLE and LEON are incredible! Thanks for making furniture shopping a great experience.

Gorgeous furniture horrible service. Walked into store and nobody bothered to ask if I needed help. All the ladies that worked at the store were standing behind the cash chatting about their weekend plans. There was a family that walked in after me and they were offered help even though I was standing but a few feet away from them. Very disappointing given this was my first visit.

We are looking for new family and dining room furniture. Staff was very knowledgeable. Lots of ideas. Lots of pieces on the floor to get my wife started on the selections. Thay also have designers available if you are completely stumped.

Through a reference, my wife and I visited this store and ended up having the most wonderful experience in deciding how to decorate and find the perfect furniture and extras for our home. They were so helpful and made the delivery and installation so easy. My wife loves the store and wants to go for drives to Oakville just so she can visit again..(and get some more great stuff).
