We had a great time at Sushi Jet. The service was fast and the food was fresh and delicious. The rice-to-fish ratio seems totally appropriate (see pic) and when we paid the server even pointed out that the tip has already been added and she pressed the “zero” herself. There are signs everywhere that tell you that 15% tip will be added, so I don’t understand why people are complaining. We will come again.

Amazing restaurant. Sushi was exquisite. Clean restaurant including the bathrooms. The prices were a little bit expensive though. But overall great.

I think it is one of the better sushi/all you can eat places in town. And for the price you can’t go too wrong. They have updated their serving by you ordering through an iPad. Which is fairly cool. You don’t have to ask what is in it because with some of the orders have a description in it. Which is totally helpful. Server we had was very helpful and nice even though it was a bit busier for them. Other than that it was a great experience.

When I came here my first time back in March 2023 I liked it, we decided to come again on June 2023. They remove half of the food positions they used to have back in March, the sushi is just a huge ball of rice and tiny salmon on top. Also this 15% mandatory tip is weird, I would leave even 20% if service is good, but it wasn't at all. I liked this place but never again.

I went to try this restaurant for the first time and will never be returning. The food was good but the service was horrible. we did not receive any service aside from the waitress dropping off an ipad at our table. When we finished eating, the waitress was very disrespectful because we were confused by the “all you can eat policy” that we were never told about since the online menu listed individual prices. She continued to ignore us for 30 minutes after we requested our bill. we had to find a different employee to complete our payment and had to tip a 15% gratuity and was asked to make an additional 15-25% tip. a $100 meal for 2 people when all we had to eat was 5 rolls of sushi was unreasonable and overpriced.

Was my go to sushi place until one of the servers (short asian woman with glasses) refused to give our table some water when I asked for a refill. I understand that it was almost closing time but we just wanted a refill for WATER. We didn't feel like we were treated like customers and won't be coming back to this location.

Always go here because it's near our home and my mom likes it here. Fast service and good food. Just don't order too much rolls if you get full easily with rice, as Asians do. Because the rice on the rolls are huge! We always like the tempura shrimps and the udon soup with tempura.

If there was zero star, I would rate this restaurant at ZERO. The server was super rude. There was no customer service and you are forced to give 15% tip. On top of that, you are expected to tip them with options on the machine. If I had received great customer service, I would have no problem paying that. But there was none. Served us the wrong dish without apologizing. She kept saying there is no way they made wrong dishes as the cooks made what was placed. Well, that means the other table did not get what they ordered as they were on our table. We don’t eat raw fish so there is no way we would have ordered salmon. But we got 12pieces of salmon sushi on the table. Super rude. Just kept arguing with us. Will not return. There is a reason why the rate is so low. Don’t go.
