The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. I gave them my budget and a general sense of what type of flowers I would like for my wife.When I showed up to pick them up I was blown away by the quality of the arrangement. This is my second review for Touch Of Class, but I think during this Covid time local businesses need all the help that can be offered. For context my mother used to own a flower shop. As a daughter I find it very challenging to buy her flowers since there is always some sort of critique. Not this shop! She continues to rave about the flowers that she received last year and I am expecting the same from the most recent order. If you are looking for excellent arrangements with healthy flowers, paired with exceptional customer service in Durham Region, then this should be your place. We even had a slight mix-up with the order but the gentleman on the phone had the whole issue handled in a flash! I'm a forever customer.

I had to get some flowers for a friend who was having a party at her new house in Pickering and I decided to go with a local florist...I happened to remember the name A Touch of class" because it was the same florist that sent an amazing arrangement to one of the the ladies in my office . I took some time and perused the website and saw a few things I liked but since i was going to be in the area I decided to stop by and order in person.I went to the shop during the week and met with the florist Valerie who was extremely helpful with her suggestions

The bouquet size and arrangement was lovely. Unfortunately there were some wilted and damaged flowers in the arrangement which really took away from the overall look, also many of the rose have already begun to curl and droop on the edges so I hope they still last at least a couple of weeks. For a premium bouquet at over $300 I expected nothing but excellence/perfection but it looks like the surge in Valentine's order caused quality to suffer in certain areas.This arrangement arrived on Tuesday and by Friday a majority of the roses have died or are severely wilted.

Amazing product and excellent service.This was my 1st experience with this flower shop. I ordered my flowers online, they were delivered the same day, 2 hours after placing my order! The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was beautiful. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely use them again in the future.
