My brother and I recently purchased a trailer from Tyler and Ty. Very happy with the quality of the trailer and the professional service that these two gentlemen provided.

walked in a few months ago and was told 2 times that someone would assist us. waited 15-20 minutes and left. ended up going to king city trailers where we were assisted walking through the door.

The owner of this place Tyler lied about multiple things when I bought a trailer from him. I was told that an obsolete shelf could be removed with an hour's labour. After I paid, I found out quickly that he was lying and that behind the enclosed shelf there were multiple poorly installed alterations to the trailer that couldn't be removed. I was told the trailer had a water heater and when I drove an hour out of my way to pick it up, it turns out there was no water heater whatsoever. When confronted he reluctantly installed a water heater for me but he took every short cut possible and the water heater barely works. It is the cheapest one on the market and barely heats the water, and was poorly installed. Every day I find another problem that he did his best to hide from me before I paid him. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest.

easily the worst customer service i have ever received in my life. extremely rude. I have taken my trailer in 3 times to have the lights fixed (paying over $100 each time) and each time they have told me that it is working but it never does. They then blamed it on me and said that my car's plug in was broken but it works on both of my other two trailers.

hi guysi am very disappointed wit VIA TRAILER,we bought last year trailer and after 6 month we went to checking brake and etc....we did appointment ,took my day off but they said EVERYTHING IS GREAT,after 1 weeks police stop us did have good brake and gave me $1000 TICKETS, when we call VIA TRAILER and spoke by superviser they suppost to do it but they said ,, U USED TOO MUCH TIME BRAKE'' which is wondering,if i need i used brake if not don't used!!! ,EVEN ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM!!!NOT HAPPY AT HOME WITH STAFFS,THEY DONT CARE OF CUSTOMERS

Couldn't have been happier with the service. Needed a trailer tow connector and they were able to order it in without issues. Very pleasant people to deal with.

Haven't Done a Google review in the past. I am prompted to write one today on my recent two visits to Via Trailers BoltonMany may not know that The Via name is in Bolton and also in Mt Brydges. (That's a little west of London Ontario.....They are connected, I just don;t know how.Anyway. My compliment is for DAN the service MAN.Let me say it this way.Appointment: Yes. Ready and available when I arrivedDiagnosis: Fast and efficientRepair Time: short and done quickly.Yes, Dan, I know you don't like working on Horse Trailers..But let me say I am pleased that you will and do it very well.Highly recommended by a guy who has trouble distinguishing a Robertson from a Phillips.
