DO NOT recommend this service due to an unprofessional take-it-or-leave-it attitude and disrespect towards people’s personal situations related to taxes.I had my taxes done here for a few years and the service was good, but the accountant, John would gossip about previous client’s personal circumstances. This year while filing my taxes, I made the mistake of calling to ask a question and another client was in his office. Instead of scheduling a callback, he reacted like I had inconvenienced him. He insisted on reporting the details of my file in an aggressive voice and hung up on me. All of this done in front of another client. I ended all service with this accountant immediately. He didn’t apologize and made it clear he didn’t care to lose a customer.
