Great experience so far. Had the pool opened, only to have the pump fail a few days later. Fast forward to today and the pool is looking great!

We purchased and had our pool installed with southwestern pool and spa. We found them to be very professional and they did a great job. Installation was fast and they cleaned up the entire area when done. Always have great service and advice when we go into they're store.

I have now been waiting for six months for a replacement cover for a hot tub purchased from this company by the previous owners of our property. I was originally told it would take two weeks for the new cover to arrive in late September 2017. I have the cell number of the installer, but he has only answered his phone twice in the past six months. In December, he told me the cover was in Canada and would be delivered any day". Obviously this was a lie

Owner is a fantastic gentleman who is so helpful and honest which sometimes gets lost in today's world of hustle and bustle. He was more than willing to assist us at our home and is more 5han willing to answer any questions.

Ed, Kim and Justin are awesome to deal with. Good store, great people.Edit...sadly Kim has passed on. RIP. Ed and Jazz are joined by Crystal who is a wonderful addition. These folks know their stuff and are just truly awesome people. My go to pool and spa shop in Tillsonburg.

Had Justin and his installation team put in a new liner about a month ago and it looks GREAT!! They were fast and did and excellent job. My pool hasn't looked this good in a while , hats off to the guys at Southwestern a job well done
