Great selection. A lot of nice throwback hats. Bills, Jays, & Raptors jerseys. I couldn't find a hat in the right size. The guy working went and found one in the back. Great service.

Not even my own experience but my best friends. She had a situation over the weekend and dealt with Tiffany.. I won't go into the details of it all but ultimately we love Tiffany!!!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. On Saturday October 8th a female employee charged me twice because the “internet went out” meanwhile literally nothing else in the whole mall was affected even after showing her bank statements showing the payment went through insisted I pay again and was promised it wouldn’t show up on my statement and it would be reversed by Tuesday at the latest. Complete blatant lie unless you like being stolen from avoid at at all costs

I went into Lids to purchase a couple new hats and am very proud of my purchase and encounter with the staff helping me out. Tiffany and Mike helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for and also signed me up for their access pass which saved me a few bucks. Will definitely be making all of my future hat purchases their. Thanks guys!!

Most unfriendly staff I've encountered. Been here twice recently and the same guy working has attitude when you ask a question, and huffs and puffs around the store. If you hate it so much, get out of customer service.

went into the store to purchase a bday present for my son, walked in and the young female worker was trying to stitch some things on a article of clothing, did not acknowledge one person in the store.I continued to shop and found 2 hats I wanted to purchase; the store was a little confusing as before the cash was in the middle yet no computer was there as well as the front one. There must have been 7-8 people in the store confused as I was waiting for another worker or for her to speak to us.I seen at least 3 people walk out after being ignored, finally as I waited close to 15min standing in front of the middle cash (another gentleman was complaining as well ) and no one seemed to know who worked there or where to gofinally i walked up to her and asked if i could leave the hats and come back, i was directed with attitude that was almost done and to wait, then she huffed and puffed then rushed around and came back with a hand scanner, I personally have never seen that before and felt very strange standing so close as i was entering my pin number because it was attached around her neck.No apology for the wait or anything.I have purchased things from Lids online and in store for many years, i am not sure if i will ever return to this location in the pen, seems to be the staff just does not care. I work in customer service and if my boss seen me act the way she did i would be fired.I understand people are alone and working / busy, but at least speak to your customers and make it seem like you want my business.

Walked in and was not greeted at all. Taller lady was on her phone talking to someone on a call hence why she did not greet me and other gentleman acted like I didn’t exist. Overall a horrible experience would not recommend and will not be coming back to this location again.

I go to lids in the pen centre to have hats made for a non profit group I’m a part of called RISKTAKERS. We feed and clothe the homeless! I deal with the store manager Tiffany everytime! She’s very professional and very good at what she does. I’ve had over 30 hats made so far and I will continue to deal with her to make many more! Thanks Tiff!!

Someone willing to help right away even though they were very busy. Didn't have a specific hat but offered a gift card option and rang up right away.

I came from burlington to the Penn center lids because the have the best selection of hats and jerseys of any lids I have been too, square one is a close second .. the manager was who served us and she was great as I wandered around trying to figure out what to use my gift cards on . They had plenty of good choices.
