Love, love love it here! I have only been once so far but have already signed up for more classes. It was my first spin class EVER and the front desk staff made me feel super welcome and explained the process. The teacher also made me feel less nervous and showed me how to adjust my bike and snap in my shoes. Amy was an amazing teacher and really kept me motivated. I can't wait to go back and have been recommending this place non-stop. If you are curious just to try a spin class, this is the place to do it.

OK spin studio…Ottawa has many other spin studios that offer the same style of indoor cycling and provide much better service!!With only 5-10 mins between each class, I also highly doubt staff can properly clean the sweaty bikes and weights! Room always feels humid and smells of b/o.Very hard to find parking (paid street parking), steep membership prices, and not welcoming staff.

My experience at Spinco has been amazing. I have tried spinning at other gyms but this is a truly unique experience and I love how they provide shoes and towels so it is really easy to just roll in and get riding. I was super nervous to start as I have some mobility issues from some injuries and I am no gym buff but from the moment of my first class I felt like I was exactly where I need to be. The staff was great about helping set up the bikes and give instruction without making you feel uncomfortable. I have brought quite a few friends to try the classes and they are all very impressed with the atmosphere and the quality of the workout. It is a truly full body workout which I was not expecting! Keep it up!

SPINCO has become a second home to me!All of the staff and instructors are extremely kind, uplifiting and knowledgable. In comparison to other studios, the workout space is very clean and the bikes are always well maintained.The workouts focus and target the entire body, including: adding resistance (slower movements), sprints on the bike (fast-paced endurance) and a weight track in the middle of each class.Would recomend trying a class and sticking with it even though it can seen indimidating at first. My overall mental and physical health has improved drastically.Big shout out to Kara, Amy, Nicole, Hayley and Sara for teaching and maintaining such a beautiful space to grow and push yourself!P.S - after reading some of the other reviews yes, doors close at the exact time the class starts. But this is actually a great thing, it holds you accountable.Cheers,Sierra

Wow! Great workout. Studio is clean, staff has great energy. This was myfirst spin class and the front desk staff and instructor (Caitlin!) walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable in what could have been a very intimidating environment. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Ottawa.

Awful experience at this studio. I would not recommend coming here. As someone who spins very regularly, I was not admitted to the class as it was only a few minutes before and I was a new client. Even after expressing I take spin classes weekly, the individual at the desk refused my entry. On top of it, have called and left a voicemail as well as emailed several times with no response. Extremely unprofessional. As someone who has worked in customer service and at a well known gym, this is unacceptable. Making newcomers feel welcome should be a priority and at this spin studio, unfortunately it is not.

Everything about this place is 5 stars. I had a fantastic visit and will be back soon. I created my account, and knew my bike # as soon as I booked. When I arrived, it was easy to find everything I needed... I was checked in, setup, fitted up and spinning along to the music with the most efficiency I have ever seen at a fitness club. The class included shoes, lockers, a towel... literally everything you needed to get on the bike. The lockers have programmable codes, so you don’t need to worry about bringing a lock!Once the class started, I was amazed at how great the workout was! The instructor, Jeremy, was AMAZING! He checked in with the new members, brought a lot of positivity, and made sure everyone was challenged, working hard and really gave 110% to the class.I can’t wait to go back.

Love this place!! Great cardio!!! Alllll the instructors are amazing, give it a shot and just don’t give up after your first try. Trust me, ZERO REGRETS!!!!!

Awesome class! Very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful, and the instructor was great. I wish they had a blackout track like one other spin studio in the city, but at least they have bathrooms to use! I'll definitely be going back to get my sweat on. Thanks SPINCO!

Spin studios can be super intimidating but thankfully Spinco Ottawa is not one of them! There are riders of all ages, genders, shapes & sizes and everyone is equally welcoming. Special shoutout to the manager, Hayley, for setting such a positive tone for the space and for being especially kind to me when I've had unexpected medical issues arise during her classes.
