Ordered something from Walmart, never received it. Tracking showed me it was delivered. I contacted Fedex, their customer service was good, to be honest, but they told me driver left the package in the lobby of the building! How can you leave a package in the lobby and not expect it to be stolen? Not to mention that there's the mailing room door just in front of the driver! He could've at least left it there, in a safe place

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!Parcels disappear here, and this is considered the norm!I brought a package with a rather expensive new iPhone to drop in FedEx. The man behind the counter, sporty looking, refused to scan, saying that everything would be fine anyway.After that, the parcel was gone!The guy refuses to watch the cameras and look for the package, talking about the fact that FedEx is to blame for everything!And after 20 days he happily told - haha - 20 days expired, nothing to watch on camera, all was erased.What kind of kindergarten, friend? You still have the package, and today I found that the iPhone is activated and someone is using it!How should I call it?He just disappeared, and the store administration did not even try to look for him.And I'm supposed to believe that FedEx is to blame?STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!Parcels disappear here, and this is considered the norm!

Delivery drivers can't seem to read simple instructions like leave at back door. Obviously elementary school English isn't a requirement to be a driver

FedEx is so reliable I don't look at their prices anymore. Had ship a plastic 2x4 from Chicago to Victoria. Started as a ground shipment and with the roads from east to west shut down in the BC mountains, FedEx pulled the shipment, put it on a plane and got it to me on time. Let's see you do that Purolator or Loomis or any body else! Ya - thanks again FedEx!!!

Came in with a fragile computer part that needed to be sent back to manufacturer. I was concerned about ensuring the package shipped safely, as I didn't have it packaged securely when I arrived, but in the retail box. The guy who helped me quickly identified I'm trying to send a delicate part off, and packaged it up tightly and dealt with the rest with no hassle. Super easy and painless experience. Thanks!
