I'm so glad my dryer wasn't working properly. It gave me the opportunity to meet Rey Sanchez.Very thoroughly he inspected my vent. Provided information necessary to initiate warranty repair on my dryer.Best of all, we talked to, and listened to, each other.I'm so glad my dryer wasn't working properly.

I can't say enough good things about Dryer Vent Wizard and Reynaldo! He is AMAZING!! I had a very serious, and dangerous, situation in my home with my dryer venting being TOTALLY blocked from the back of the dryer all the way to the outside. I didn't know. I just thought my dryer was dying and that's why it would get so hot and take 3 cycles to dry a normal load! Reynaldo was patient with me and very professional. He explained the dangers, showed me the problem and suggested multiple solutions. In the end we selected a re-route of the dryer venting out a different side of the house thru an unfinished room rather than tear apart walls and ceilings. He works hard, his prices are fair, and he is VERY responsive. If you have any issues with your dryer not working/venting properly, call these guys :-)

I called Dryer Vent Wizards in the evening a little less than two weeks ago because the dryer vent in my parents house was dripping water on the ceiling in various spots. I then found out since my parents had this house built over 17 years, they never had the dryer vents cleaned. I then was told by my mother the dryer had issues drying. I called after hours and someone still answered and scheduled a tech to come between 9am to 12pm the next day. The tech (Reynaldo) showed up I believe 10-15 minutes after 9am which is a big plus! Reynaldo inspected everything and explained throughly what was wrong, had to be replaced and cleaned. He even explained the reasoning of each. He was very professional even though our dogs were barking to death in another room. After Reynaldo provided us the estimate, he did the work immediately and fixed the problem. So far, the leak has stopped completely and the dryer now dries in one cycle as it should instead almost 3 cycles to dry. I highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizards. They are even going to contact us (my parents are elderly and forget about these things) when the recommended two years cleaning is coming up so my parents don't have to remember on their own. The cost for everything was very reasonable and it saved my mother much more money she was going to spend on purchasing a whole new dryer which she thought was the problem initially. Now her old dryer works like new again!

Excellent honest dryer vent inspection. Reynaldo checked everything using some high tech gadgets and it turned out we were not in need of a cleaning. Most companies would have just charged me for the cleaning anyways. Reynaldo was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They also have a really cool Air-Lift Machinge to move the appliances, which was great because we have large stackable units. It saved my floors and probably his back! Highly recommend. Hard to find people like this now a days.

Reynaldo went above and beyond my expectations. A handyman “repaired” my dryer vent system sometime back but it never worked right and in fact pulled apart from the back of the dryer. Turns out it was incompetently installed. I called LG and they recommended Dryer Vent Wizard of McHenry. I was fortunate that Reynaldo is the service representative in my area. I just expected Reynaldo to reattach the tubing but he inspected the entire vent run through to the outside and explained to me that the wrong flexible venting was used in addition to the detachment. He cleaned the entire vent system, reattached the new and better venting to the dryer, fixed the attachments to the outside and secured the rigid vent and explained every step to me and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. Then he gave me a lesson in dryer vent maintenance. He was amazing! And a genuinely kind man. My dryer has never worked better and it is 15 years old! The price was much less than I expected for the level of service I received from Reynaldo.

Reynaldo was fantastic! Dryer Vent Wizard set up an appointment with us so quickly and they worked around our schedule to get our dryer up and running again. Our vents, apparently, hadn’t been cleaned in decades...even though we hired someone almost 3 years ago to clean them. There’s no way that they did. Not well anyway. Our clothes were taking a full day to dry one load and the amount of vent was a true fired hazard. After Reynaldo cleaned our vents and replaced our connection yesterday, we have washed and dried 3 large loads with all loads drying in one cycle!! Reynaldo was friendly, helpful, explained, and showed me what he was doing. I would highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about our experience with Reynaldo and Dryer Vent Wizard. After calling a few other companies out to clean our dryer vent, and them both explaining we needed a reroute/rerun of the line that they were not willing to work on, Reynaldo came out, assessed, and quickly arranged for the work to be done, at an amazingly reasonable price. He worked in a difficult attic to rerun our dryer vent line, and coordinated needed drywall work as well for the path to the dryer. Amazingly responsive and professional, I cannot say enough about how great our experience with Reynaldo was. I will gladly be recommending him to everyone I know who needs help with their dryer vent!

Great Service from Reynaldo at Dryer Vent Wizard. He was professional, honest and timely. Reynaldo explained what he was doing along the way so there were no surprises. With a simple hack of my dryer's lint collector and a new hose, my dryer is working better than ever. Now it only takes one cycle to get a load dry!

I just had Renaldo Sanchez out to the house, because my dryer was not heating properly. Prior to his coming out, I had two well known companies here and neither fixed or identified the problem. Reynaldo came out and could not have been more thorough. He diagnosed the problem, and cleaned out the residual lint, that the other two companies left behind, put in a new flexible hose and with his meter, ascertained that the motor was not working to full capacity and should be replaced. I cannot begin to thank Renaldo enough. I would also like to thank Meagan in the Call Center. She was so nice and was able to get Reynaldo to my house the next day! She is an outstanding reflection on the company. I am a Dryer Vent Wizard customer for life!

Reynaldo of Vent Dryer Wizard came to my home to inspect our dryer vent. He determined that it needed cleaning. He cleaned it thoroughly and even repaired it as needed. He kept me informed the entire time. Our dryer is working much more efficiently now, and Reynaldo even gave me tips on how to keep it at peak efficiency myself.
