They processed a return for me, I had a gift that wasn't the right size, I was very impressed with the in store service.

I miss Roots in Regina so I always shop here when in Saskatoon.

Store was nice and organized and very friendly staff. Checkout was quite slow (for it not being very busy).

I was so happy when Roots came back to Saskatoon! I've always loved the products and Jefferson provided fantastic service recently when I wanted the last shirt in my size held so I could pick it up. Always friendly and helpful but never overbearing - this is my go-to for both casual and business casual gear.

Head office Roots Canada posts online their leather warranty and it says that if the purchase is older than a year they will fix it for a minimal charge and if they can't they will replace it. I was fine with having it repaired for a minimal charge. However, I took my Roots wallet to Roots in Midtown plaza and apparently the warranty doesn't apply to wallets (my wallet had a broken zipper that was pulling away at the stitching, the actual zipper slider wasn't splitting).Instead of honouring the warranty, Iwas referred to Broadway shoe repair and told it would be about 60.00.I had a similar issue with a black roots purse that had a broken metal clamp from the shoulder strap, and at that time I was referred to the Awl Shop which did fix it for 60.00 , they had to replace both to make them match but it is now closed.It's 2 stars because the wallet is no longer made in Canada but made in China and Roots is not standing by their warranty. This is two leather items, I couldn't get repaired. I thought I would give them a second chance but now I'm done with roots..

It was very easy to navigate the protocols that are currently in place. Staff was very friendly.

Finished Xmas shopping here. Annoying that prices are in CAD and USD!!!

Pricey items, but worth the cost.
