The service techs that did my oil change today was absolutely fantastic! They were fast and efficient and very thorough with explaining what was going on and what I needed done. I'm very pleased with the service that I had recieved today and I would highly recommend it to anyone! I am definitely going back there again ☺️.

I was visiting friends in Calgary and I needed to get my oil changed before driving back to Vancouver. The service was excellent and there was zero pressure to try and upsell me into getting other work done which usually happens at oil change chain places. If I lived in Calgary I would go to Lube Town rather than change me own oil.

The guys at this location were so helpful. This was my first oil change and I found them to be kind, knowledgeable and gave me options. They did standard checks like tire pressure, washer fluid top up and cleaned my windshield and windows all for free. Maybe this is standard but they were efficient with everything.

We drove in from out of town, without knowing our vehicle had developed a major oil leak. We made it to our appointment, and crawled our way to this shop just before closing. They helped us with a smile, and we left feeling safe to hit the highway home. Very friendly service!!!

I've been coming here for years. It's nice to feel welcome and recognized. They have always been very kind and professional. They make recommendations but never pushy. They always end up giving discounts depending on what services you get. Highly recommend!!

Fast, efficient and friendly. Informative of your vehicles needs but not pushy on doing more than what you initially intend on coming in for which allows for a very chill and positive experience. Highly recommend.

Amazing! The mechanics at Lube Town are efficient, pleasant to deal with, fair with their pricing, and their work is top notch. They show you what needs to be repaired or replaced, explain things clearly, and don’t try to upsell. Had a much needed oil change done along with other services all while sitting in my car, within a short period of time, I was on my way again. Great service, highly recommend!!

I come twice a year to Lube Town for changing my tires. The staff are friendly and I usually don't have to wait long. The bike path is close by , so I often go for a walk or bike ride while the tires are being swapped. It is also convenient to add an oil change at the same time.

Great experience here. In and out in 10 minutes for an oil change. One thing I really appreciated was they didn’t pressure any upsells on me or try to make it like my car was about to fall apart if I didn’t purchase more products/services. Would definitely return here!

This place is awesome! The staff are friendly, quick, and extremely knowledgeable. I was serviced by Carl and Fernando who did a fantastic job and paid lots of attention to detail. Prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommend. I’ll be getting my oil changed here from now on.
