I fixed my hair color with Serkan, and he’s such an amazing person! He was extremely patient with what i wanted, he listened to everything i said and he made sure i got what i asked for. It was such a comfortable environment, i felt welcomed and went out with amazing results. He truly does his job with passion and i would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I decided to go to Style by Serkan for a haircut since I hadn’t been impressed with previous salons I’ve been to in the City, and saw great reviews online. I had such a wonderful experience, and love my new haircut! The staff are very kind, and Serkan made me feel incredibly welcomed and spent quality time/care cutting and styling my hair. This will be my new ‘go to’ salon!

Showed up at 11 AM, the time of my appointment. No one was there, it was closed. Called the number and they said the hairdresser was on the way. I waited 15 minutes in the cold until I gave up and left. If at least they had a receptionist or someone inside to let me in and wait for the hairdresser, but no one was inside or showed up.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Salon and the staff. I was in Toronto to visit a very sick family member and was in desperate need of a haircut. I called them first thing in the morning and within 10 minutes they called back to fit me in. They welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. A wonderful young lady named Arzy, who is new to Canada, cut my hair and WOW she did an amazing job. Beautiful cut and style with NO products which I preferred. My family and friends complimented me all day about the lovely job she had done. I would very highly recommend this lovely little salon and their friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Many many thanks to Serkan, Arzy and all of the staff and family there were truly lovely. Thank you so much!! I will be making more trips to the city in the future and will definitely be booking again... :)

I love going and getting service from serkan. He does his job properly and he is very clean. I only go him to get a haircut because not everyone knows how to cut curly hair. I highly recommend him✅

Worst service ever! They booked my appointment with someone else and I confirmed by appointment, then they sent a confirmation email. Looks like staff just left without having the courtesy of giving a call and cancelling appointment and apologizing for it. My appointment was at 4pm and I planned my day accordingly but these people ruined the day for me! Definitely not coming back!! Staff was so unhelpful and they didn’t even try to resolve the issue. They just offered to call Serkan to do nothing… Horrible customer service!!!
