Went to look at a rug that was for sale. The advertisement did not say it was dirty and stained. It was in horrible condition and likely unsanitary. Somethings should not be recycled.

Did not answer the phone on numerous calls when they finally answered, they just immediately hung up. Did not respond to completed online pick up form. Very disappointing, donated items to another charity instead.

Incredible organization in Victoria BC that matches kids up with mentors. Personally was an in-school mentor for three years and had an amazing experience. Would strongly recommend for people wanting to give back to their Victoria communities in a meaningful, high impact way.
