This building(20 Godstone Rd) has lots of Cockroaches and their pest control is so poor. Carpets in the building is so dirty and smelly. They also have visitor parking issues and not enough space for visitor at all the time. For any little damage repair in the unit you need to at least wait 6-12 months to get it done.
