Extremely unhappy with the whole experience. The agent who helped me complete my out of province inspection today seemed to be totally frustrated with his job. I had lots of questions to ask him since I am new to BC. He had a one word answer for me. In the end he just walked away but I still thanked him.for his service. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience. The guy who served me today thinks we are a liability BUT he should understand that only because of us they are still in the business. Will take my business elsewhere.

Awesome place for all your Autoplan needs. Quick, open until 8 pm every day, and is never too busy. They do other insurance stuff like condo, travel and Supervisa but I only used them for car-related stuff.

I went today, April 10th 2022, to pay my insurance for my car and a person named Tj attended me, who was in fact super rude and raised his voice at me when I asked him a question in which he did not like my response. And when I told him not to talk to me like that, he got really bothered by it and did not give me any information of my insurance. To see him so frustrated, I did not feel comfortable in talking to him or questioning him about my insurance. He threw the receipt at me of what I ended up paying for and was overall the worst costumer service I’ve ever encountered. He was with somebody else during this time while speaking their language, I felt uncomfortable because I thought they were talking bad about me. Worst experience ever!

They didn't provide me the professional service, I submitted all the documents prior one day to process my insurance application for them. also initially they told me my house to get a new insurance will be not a issue. However, I waited until the next day afternoon around 3:30 pm, they called me ask me down to their office to make a payment with a very expensive insurance. I went down to their shop, they told me my insurance has been rejected even I would like to pay such expensive insurance. They definitely can let me know early, I went down to there office twice for nothing, and waste me lots of time. I turned around to other insurance company in New west, the professional broker company took me 20 mins all my insurance get an approval and done, the most importance is $1000 less then this broker I paid!!!

I came here one day for car insurance and the the staff here were very caring and knowledgeable. They helped me a lot and gave me great advice. I am fully satisfied with the service here. Great service and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

It was an amazing experience on Sunday. Despite a Holiday on Sunday , Guy name “ Sahil Basra”helped my friend in a professional manner and explained all the details regarding my car insurance and How can I still insure my car while I was about to cancel that for 1 month as I am travelling to India .Amazing service, He was soo professional and Helpful and even helped us to fill the forms.Must visit to this location.

Hands down, the quickest and easiest time I've had getting insurance (and I used to work in the auto industry, so I have worked with a lot of insurance agents). Professional, straight to the point, no BS, easy and fast represent the 5 stars of my review.
