The staff and vibe at Mod are absolutely wonderful! I’ve been seeing Dusty regularly for over a year now and she is always so pleasant, kind, and informative and she just nails my hair every time! I don’t know how she does it, but it always gets better and better and far exceeds my expectations! Craig is a delight and so friendly. You can tell the staff are happy to work at Mod and they offer a professional, trend-setting, comfortable atmosphere and approach to hair and beauty. I can’t say enough good things, I highly recommend Mod!

I've been a Mod Salon client since they were in their location in downtown Kelowna. I started to see Tessa at Mod Style Bar when they opened and I just had my hair done again over the weekend and I couldn't be happier! The salon itself it beautiful and everyone that works their is friendly, polite, and welcoming. Tessa does a wonderful job with my colour and cut and she has helped me get my hair back to being healthy after years of never having it cut, coloured, or styled. I definitely recommend Mod Salon and Style Bar to everyone!

Love the atmosphere of this salon!! The stylists there all all wonderful and welcoming, especially Kaden who did an amazing job on my hair!! Turned out way better than i could have expected and I can’t wait to come back. Would recommend him to everyone and anyone wanting to transform their hair and leave feeling better than ever!!

Thank you to Kadan and everyone at the Mod Style Bar! I was desperate for a trim to fix my hair (between styles, and I admit that I had even taken some scissors to it myself), and they fit me in on short notice. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, and Kadan was able to work a minor miracle. My hair is so much more manageable now! I want to grow the overall length out a bit, but I'll be back.

Got my nails done by Marissa , new gel very short set with clear pink says that full set is 90 plus tax which would be 100.80 with tax however I was charged 112 … the shape is off I showed her a picture of her own work as a reference of the shape and I did not receive that as well they have a really high apex bump on some nails. Another thing to add is that the lengths don’t match on each hands … I will not be back and I will not be recommending. Extremely disappointing for the price I paid she was also extremely rough with my cuticles did not feel nice at all .

First time going to Mod Style Bar and I couldn't be happier with the results! Kadan is AMAZING, I have not had a single bad hair day since my cut and colour a month ago! I seriously wake up with good hair - it's a miracle! I would highly recommend Kadan you won't regret it! Can't wait to go back!

I absolutely love this salon (and my stylist, Kendall)! The staff are wonderful and the salon itself has such a fun and cool vibe to it. I absolutely love the experience that this salon provides and that is why I keep coming back!!!My stylist Kendall is incredible. Kendall is a very talented stylist and she always leaves my hair looking perfect and fresh, while also helping to improve the health of my hair. Kendall is an expert at blonde and I recommend her to everyone I know! Kendall is incredibly sweet, kind, and professional and she always makes sure that I am leaving the salon with a smile on my face and beautiful hair! I highly recommend her.

Kate G is truly talented. I relocated in the fall and had to find a new stylist after 15+ years with mine and a lot of learning through trial and error. I have fine, wavy hair with cowlicks and it gets frizzy very easily.Kate is both artistic and skilled. The technique of the cut and color is outstanding. I can actually air dry my hair - it’s nuts - and her balayage could have lasted me a year if I wanted it to.She listens, asks good questions and strikes a nice balance between giving me the look I’m trying to channel but with a cut and color that suits me.
