Purchased a book as a Christmas gift; unfortunately, the person wished to have a different book, so when I tried to return the book, I was told it was a final sale" item and that people try to return books that they have photocopied. Nothing on their website says anything about books

Neat environment and very good food display skills as well as amazing servicemen. Yet one of the service women working in fruit and vegetable section were rude to customer. I think she should not bring her bad day and poor attitude to work. Shopped there twice and my days got ruined.

After the experience at Walmart Chateauguay we went to this one and to our surprise........NO SERVICE at the electronics department, their's only one person with the keys to open the games section and that person well wasn't there for at least 15~20 minutes, I asked to the only associate present at that time to call someone, that associate didn't know what to do so he ignored our request.....

Inventory management at Walmart sucks. I saw something online and it showed in stock at this Walmart. I called in to ensure they had the item in stock. The person at the end of the call assured me that they had 2 in stock. I drove 30 min to this Walmart to pick the item up.The store was decent sized and was actually cleaner than most other Walmarts. Unfortunately my trip was a waste of my time as they did not have the item in stock.I drove home and decided to order it online to pick it up at another Walmart store. Apparently the online site finally showed out of stock after I hit confirm to purchase on my online order.Inventory management system really needs to be updated. We are living in the world of e-commerce. Get your act together!

Big, clean and not too busy when I stopped by. Everything is well organized and easy to find. Employees are courteous.Definitely notice a difference in Walmart quality compared to more densely populated areas.

The store is nice. I did however feel that the back of the store is dark which was really odd. They have a great (large) discount section which is awesome and their staff seemed friendly.If you're looking for bathrooms, they're not in the usual Walmart spot. They're right to the left as you enter the store beside the pre-packed meals which is a bit off putting.
