Everytime I go there it's something else! I have never been able to get the haircut I have walked in wanting (with picture reference), and my latest experience...I took my 11 year old daughter there because she wanted to dye her hair purple. The stylest out right refused to do it for her so she ended up with bright red highlights in hair that is already dyed red!! Extremely dissatisfied with their service lately and will not be returning!

Aweful. I called to see if I needed an appointment, they said no only seniors and everyone else is walk in" so I went in 1 hour before my job interview

My wife and I went to this so called hair salon and although I got a somewhat decent hair cut my good lady didn't.She showed the stylist a picture of what she wanted and what she got was nothing like the style she wanted, if she had not told the girl to stop taking length off it would have been even worse.Contacted the help desk number and made a complaint and was told the franchise owner would be in contact with me, still waiting for a call.Staff didn't know how to deal with complaints or refunds and no manager in the store till 6p.m the following dayWill never go back , avoid at all costs

Went in, gave my phone #, was told 20 mins so went back to car..... that was three hrs ago. I left after sitting there for 40 mins and watching customers go in and straight to chairs to get hair cuts..... and still no call

I had Naomi. She did my first pixie cut which put me to tears, which I was completely in love with , I’m hoping to go back to add colour/ highlights, which I hope it’s her again that does it.

They were heavily overbooked on a 31 degree day. We had to wait outside with masks on for over half an hour over our appointment times. At 2:15 they started taking customers with 2:00 appointments even though some of us had 1:30 or 1:45 appointments. When I went inside to ask when we could get in, they got snappy about it. After a few more minutes with more being called in who had later appointments, I went insider to cancel my appointment. They didn’t care, didn’t offer any apology for overbooking. Extremely unprofessional- I won’t be back.

Wonderful shop! The staff were all pleasant. Brittany who cut my hair did an excellent job, and she was so nice that it was an all around pleasant experience. Would I go back? Most definitely.

Staff friendly when providing service but left unsatisfied with my color. They redid it for me which I greatly appreciated but it was inconvenient to drive the hour back switch some appointments around to get in before the week limitation. Then when I left a $5 tip the girl said to me just $5" I then felt I had to defend it was embarrassed so told her I'm in the middle of house renovations right now. Only there twice prices are great wish to try again!"
