I would have given this place a hirer rating if we were going off the barber we originally were able to use. But trying to get them to give us direction to the only barber my neurodivergent child is willing to see was impossible. It took us almost a year, but we found him without you. And shame on you for lying to us about him, telling us he quit, that he stopped cutting hair, that he moved cities, ect. We once loved your establishment- now hearing your name leaves a bad taste in our mouth.

Clean and chill environment.Gillian is amazing, we had my 5 year old son's hair done and he doesn't like new people, or having his hair played with. She got the job done and he was so happy with her service as was I. Thank you Gillian!

I moved to Red Deer with the fear of not finding a good barber and I found a gem of a Barber. Red Stag Barbershop Gasoline Alley first of all is a perfect location, easy to get to and the barbershop is so cool to be in. Then there’s the friendly staff and especially my barber, Ashley. She always does an amazing job at cutting my hair and trimming my beard. She’s very personable and she gets to know you which makes the experience feel like family. I go every two weeks because I feel amazing after I leave her chair that I can’t wait to get back there! Reasonable prices also, not like the other shops who are overcharging for haircuts and mediocre service. Thanks Ashley for what you do to me!

Just got a haircut here and it was great. I let Tara do her thing and make her own decision on what to do with my hair... I like it and I'll definitely be back! The cool dogs in the shop are an added bonus! Who doesn't love dogs!?

Really happy with my experience with Ashley G! I came in with a untamed beard and came out with a neat and tidy beard! Ashley made sure that I was comfortable with everything that she was gonna cut or trim, while also giving me excellent recommendations for the style. The shop was also amazingly designed and was very unique. Amazing first time and Ill be sure to come back!

After moving from Toronto I was a bit hesitant to try a new barbershop.Went to red stag as this place is really close to where i work.I must say…they have some of the best hairstylists in red deer(even better then toronto).I got my best ever haircut from Ashley..she was never in a rush while doing the haircut and focused on every detail calmly.This was undoubtedly my best ever experience in a saloon.

New to growing a beard and have tried a few other places to help keep its shape as I grow it out.Well let me say I will be trying no further!Tiffany was amazingly detailed with asking how I wanted it to grow out (and to be honest still not sure), but when I left I was extremely happy where it was heading!Great expertise and a very welcoming atmosphere, not mention top notch staff!
