I had a back window replaced on my Escape. They came replaced the window and left glass everywhere! The next day I went to open my trunk and my trunk would not open because glass got stuck in my latch. They came back to “vacuum it out” which they should have done to begin with. They said the rest of the glass should fall out naturally... been a couple of months and no glass has come out “naturally”. Now I’m stuck at the ford dealership with a HUGE BILL replacing parts in my trunk because of the damage caused from a poor service done by these guys. Should of paid more for better service.

Steve did my windshield today on my FJ. This is the 3rd replacement, counting the original my 4th, lol love vertical glass! This is the 2nd windshield in this truck that Steve did. Good price good quality, great service. I found Budget Auto Glass through a Globe and Mail article they were part of some years ago, where Steve was SME for the article. Glad I found them. Our car was vandalized downtown with other vehicles and a few bikes. Needless to say we were angry, but the biggest shock was the dealer quote to replace the windshield and the 7 to 9 days it would take for them to get it in stock. Looked around and came across these guys, liked the online reviews and thought let's give them a call. Made the appointment, they showed up on time, did the job and the car was on the road again. Oh did I mention they did it in 2 days, at my home and for just under half of the dealers quote. They were very friendly and left no mess plus schooled me a bit on the work they did. I needed the windshield replaced to pass a safety for a newly purchased car. Budget Auto Glass was great. A quick call and they were able to come to replace the windshield the next day.The tech explained what he was doing and took extra proactive cautions as there was a little bit of rush developing in the top corner of where the windshield sits.The new windhield looks great, everything lined up perfectly, no leaks, all better than I would have expected. I didn't know there was services where they can come to you to replace the windshield, much better than driving to a shop. The first time I contacted Steve was back in 2015, my ‘98 Sienna had a crack in the windshield and Steve did a really good job replacing it. He even fixed the part where there was rust because it was where the crack started. It didn’t have any leak and still in good condition to this day.Steve was friendly, easy to deal with, efficient, professional, punctual, knowledgeable and has reasonable pricing. I kept his contact number because I was so impressed with his service.So, when my daughter’s ‘06 Element had a broken windshield, I immediately called Steve (didn’t even bother calling anyone else) to get a quote and schedule an appointment. He goes to your place and does the job right there. He replaced the windshield in half an hour and my daughter was very impressed. The area where they worked on remained clean too. No shattered glasses around. We are very happy customers and I highly recommend him. He really does a fantastic job!
