Not very helpful employees. I have been here a few times and most of the times workers do not seem to want to work or help any customers. I have read previous reviews that customers have experienced the same thing. I suggest if you need party supplies go to a different Party City location.

I was having some trouble finding some items in store but one of their managers Erin was able to step in and help me out. She offered great recommendations and even went as far to check other locations for a product I needed. Thanks for all your help Erin! You rock!

Personally, I'm not a fan of shared party places. However, this is cool. I've attended this place a few times for parties. There's always alot going on, there's enough for the kids to do without being bored. There's also arcade games. Light snacks can be purchased. The kids seem to love it

Five star rating for sure. Extremely helpful staff and very well maintained aisles. Just being there for some time we go so many great party decoration ideas. And balloons, balloons and more balloons.....

There was one rock star who managed the front desk alone on Thursday morning. Claire gave her full attention to many customers at the same time. She deserves a raise. She was so kind and patient with my last minute order for a Birthday balloon for my daughter's 16th birthday. She delivered high customer care that isn't typical in retail. I would only shop during her working hours. She is so fast and efficient. Best experience ever.

Got a few balloons and candles, the $25 balloon flight after 5 minutes in park because it was not tied well to the base!

Big Store also big disappointment....staff doesn't care...I went with a lot of hopes and a big list...only found 4-5 items..not a party City...it's just a small party village...I traveled 10Kms to come here....hope you guys do better and have more variety....all aisles almost same stuff...

Lots of party supplies for all occasions and ages, Big selection of items for gatherings, birthday parties, weddings, Ramadan , Eid, or any little events. Store was neat and organized all colours are put together , themes together. Many little cute things to buy for all events .The staff was informative and helpful .

One of the worst stores to get your party balloons from. Purchased helium filled confetti balloons at al.ost $70 from them but within 1 days all came down. What a waste of time and money. Really disappointed. Never returning back.

Big selection of items for gatherings, birthday parties , weddings or any little events . Very organized all colours are put together , themes for example spiderman or paw patrol all together. Many little cute things to buy for loot bags, my first time actually looking around in here ! It will for sure be my go to spot for birthday parties or holidays.
