Hey Pedro Castro was an amazing guy!! Super friendly, super respectful and super helpful!!! Ski doo’s work great. Not one problem or one issue. Definitely come back. Absolute amazing time. Great way to spend a afternoon. 100% worth the drive.

The owner and his team were exceptional! We had a major hiccup when we accidentally went to the wrong location and missed our reservations of 2 jetski's. After realizing our mistake and a couple meltdowns later we finally made it 3.5 hours late. The Owner and his staff were so understanding and were able to squeeze my kids and I in without hesitation.Customer service at its best for taking our mistake and our day that we thought would be ruined and they completely turned it around. Kudos to Splash Port Stanley! Would recommend to anyone. I really hope you guys find a new location, we will definitely be back!

Great service! Very nice family that deserves business. Me and my friend rented a jetski and no problems with a lot of help. They give you a temp boating licence so you dont need one! What a fun day!

DON’T COME HERE! I was honestly very disappointed in Pedro and the splash port Stanley seadoo team. Their service is absolutely horrible. They wrongfully claimed that we were revving our engines and driving too close to the boats when neither of those things happened. The owner ended up cussing my friend out and forcing him to come back to dock before even going out past the river to actually jetski. They then wanted to settle the problem by only making us pay for gas money ($20) then refunding our rental time. After we paid to settle the situation, they refused to refund us for the jetski rental time which was $140. Pure deception and lying on their part. Horrible malpractice. No wonder they’re selling the business now. Nobody trusts them anymore. Very disappointed. This isn’t the first instance where they have tried to scam people out of their money. You’ve been warned.. don’t come here.
