Absolutely incredible work! We hired Durham Stairs to refinish all of the hardwood and stairs throughout our new home.Our home now looks like a completely new home. Absolutely beautiful!!! Turned out better than we ever imagined. Everything took about 1 week.Julian and his team were extremely professional, meticulous and trustworthy. We also were very impressed by the level of communication throughout the process. We always knew what was happening and would receive photos as well. So nice to work with someone who is friendly and responsive.We are so happy with everything and will definitely hire them again soon. Highly recommend!

Amazing service and craftsmanship..these guys did an amazing job refinishing my stairs .. other companies said that I couldn't have my stringer refinshed due to the fact that they are not solid wood, not these guys..they were able to refinshthem along with everything else..amazing!!!, amazing,!!! amazing..!!!!

AMAZINGI really can't say enough about this company. Right from the start, Julian was very responsive, very positive and a real pleasure to deal with. While other companies were telling me I'd have to wait months Julian was able to fit me in the same week which was amazing. I was lucky enough to have Ken and crew assigned to my house. Unreal would be the word to descible this crew. The details, craftmanship, cleanliness, work ethic, explanation and care was above and beyond what I anticipated. Alot of contractors come and go throughout the process, but these guys were there from start to finish and worked all day. My wife and I are so appreciative and so happy with the final product. A+++As I am posting this review I honestly wish I could give Julian more than 5 stars. I was not referred to Durham Stairs from family or friends I actually found his business online and sent an email. Julian responded to my email immediately and scheduled a day for him to come to our home. He was very thorough, professional and explained the process clearly. He was patient and listened to my questions and reassured me Ken and his crew would be the perfect fit. The time frame to complete the job was a week and everything was done on time as advised. The crew was very meticulous about cleanliness and also fixed errors from other contractors at no extra cost. The job turned out way more beautiful than we expected and was worth every penny. I had a number of quotes from other companies but decided Durham Stairs was our best choice because of how easy Julian was to deal with. If you are considering renovating your stairs please do not look anywhere else. Thank you so much Julian for such a wonderful job and to Ken and his crew for bringing our staircase back to life.
