I can't say enough about this vet clinic. From reception to vet techs to the vet herself. They saved my now one eyed-kitte when he coded on the table during his routine neuter and eye-removal. My two kittens have received the very best care and compassion from everyone in the office. And not only are they amazing with my pets, they're compassionate and caring with me as the pet owner. Their empathy and understanding set them apart. Jaime, Clair, Dr Allorina and the rest truly care about my animals.Yesterday I had to bring my dog in to be euthanized and the experience couldn't have gone better....under the circumstances. It was a suddenpassing for our dog and the attention to our needs during it didn't go unnoticed by us. We appreciated the respect and time they gave us. Our beloved dog of 7 years passed most peacefully surrounded by our love in the most calm setting.

Always excellent service, especially from Jess. We take all three pets there for all of our veterinarian services and highly recommend them.

They saved my pet's life.My guinea pig, a big part of my family, suddenly looked like she was on death's door. Peneteng Vet Hospital saw her immediately. It was so close that we thought she died in the car ride over there, and then again in the waiting room. Cold, stiff, hardly breathing. We expected the worst, were convinced they were going to tell us it was time to say goodbye to her. They saved her life! Gave her a water injection anti-inflammatory, an exhaustive round of anti-biotics and critical care, and she rallied! It has been a few weeks, and she is her normal self again. We are so grateful she is with us, and so grateful for their quick response for her. She may be a small pet, but they showed us that they cared about her little life just as much as we do.Thank you for keeping Juniper with us.

Very caring and friendly staff. Quick visits, and reasonable prices. I switched my senior dog to this vet after an emergency visit, and my new pup loves them.

They took great care of my 12 yr old fur baby and did a great job with her dental

They are so caring. We took our 10 year old Springer Spaniel to them. He has a bad heart and is on meds for the rest of his life. The vet worked with us to budget his treatment, which is a true rarity these days.

I called 3 times in 3 days..just wanted to ask the vet a couple of questions...my calls were ignored.. I had a hard decision to make..fix and or medication, or let her go. The staff is courteous but I find them lacking in paying attention to health details ...also they have a bigger problem scheduling appointments..every time I go there..there is a major backlog of patients...I had to wait 3 hours and I was 15 minutes early for an appointment...sometimes you need to buy food and have to wait 15 minutes to be served at the desk
