We ordered online our bird feeders two years ago but unfortunately during a recent wind storm, the metal rods were damaged. We called Urban Nature Store last month to order new rods. We were dealing with Daniel who offered to send us two replacement rods, charging delivery only. Thank you so much for serving us so efficiently and courteously. We are very satisfied with your excellent after-sales and personalized service.

I visited this store for the first time yesterday. I felt like I was a kid in a candy store. Lots of different products, and the pricing on the items I looked at were better than the big box stores. It took a lot of restraint to leave with just the one item I went in to buy. (Ok, truth be told, I did buy one extra item.) The girl that served me was very helpful and conscientious unlike a lot of the service you get at stores these days. I didn't check this store out earlier as I assumed incorrectly that a small specialty store would mean higher prices. I will definitely go back, and support this local business.

This is my new favourite store! I found out about them via a Kingston Forest and Nature School auction (there were a few gift cards). They have a huge variety of houses, feeders, suet, seed, games/toys, pest control, and other items. I originally went in looking for a better squirrel-proof feeder and found ones that are fantastic (thanks to the helpful staff). Sign up for the rewards points and e-mails as there are deals, BOGOs, and coupons!

Great selection of birding items; however, the past three times I’ve shopped at the store, I have overpaid for items (not given member pricing or bulk price for suet). I shouldn’t have to double check my receipt! Please train your staff better.
