Mark was great!I needed a bike that was small enough to fit in my car, large enough to hold my weight, and strong enough to support the extra weight of my school materials. I came back to the store twice before making my decision and Mark was quite patient with me. Bikes are not cheap but they offer great bikes at a reasonable price. Even if the price is beyond your expectation, it is worth the price. I am more than happy with my purchase .Thank you Giant Vaughan!

This is really a Giant experience, right from the time you walk into the store till you buy a bike and even after sales is fantastic. Hassan is amazing with his knowledge, transparent, honest and caring. they understand your needs and advise based on what you really need the bike for. It might get confusing for many to select the right bike but if you walk into this store- you can be rest assured to have made the right choice, they will even measure your height so you end up buying the bike that is the right FIT for you. I highly recommend this store. They have an amazing bunch of people in house to help fine tune and custom fit your bike, go there and explore the variety of bikes and happy riding people!!!

You feel welcome when you walk in to the shop. Assif came to assist me to choose the bike and answer to all my questions, which I had a lot after doing all my research online. He showed me the different level of gravel bike (Roam/Revolt/Revolt Advance). Given with the price point, and as a beginner in biking, he recommended the Roam 4 Disc, and he started by providing the spec about the bike and measuring to make sure it’s a good fit. While they are setting up the bike, he reminds me to register the bike online and told me to bring the bike back in September and beginning of next year when the season starts to service the bike, which is included as part of the service. I really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend for anyone buying their first bike at this shop.

Hello,I realize this was late of me to write a review. In any event, I bought a road bike from Giant Vaughan last year (having taken delivery in July 2022). I spoke with Robert for some time, and he was gracious in responding to all questions and concerns I had. Hasaan was very personable as well. That being said, I tip my hat (er rather, helmet) to both of them in assisting me with my purchase. The service from Marco and staff was top notch as well. Thank you Giant Vaughan.

This was my first time in this store and I had an excellent experience. Hassan and the team were very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to choose a bike that fit my needs and budget. They also helped find trails and bike paths to ride that don’t have street riding as I am new to the area I live and don’t feel comfortable riding on the road yet. Overall highly recommend if you’re looking for large selection of bikes with excellent customer service.

Awesome team to deal with, everybody there very knowledgeable and cyclist fanatics. Got great advice (and I have lots of questions both prior and after sales :), not only for the bikes selection, technical, but also best trails to ride. I am not from the area, but due to great communication I preferred to go back and buy from them rather than from stores beside me. Purchased a couple of E Bikes from there, a Trance X E+2 and a Talon E+2. They let me try the rides in the showroom to figure out sizing and comfort. Thanks to the entire team and will be in touch!

I recently bought a Liv Langma Advanced Pro and I love it! I'm small in size and was looking for a bike right away. After going to many stores, I ended up at this location & this store had lots of selection and the service was stellar. The team here is so knowledgable and took their time to share their knowledge as I shopped around!
