Can’t say enough good things about this business. I have been going here for over 3 years now. The customer care I have received since getting my hearing aids has been fabulous. My hearing aids have been fixed without charge several times. There are other stores closer to where I live but they were charging $300 for a repair I got free at Nexgen. I highly recommend Marius and Wendy.

I cannot recommend Marius too highly. He is very thorough both in the initial stages and in the follow-up. He pursues any initial concerns tenaciously until they are solved. And how can you go wrong with the help of such an able and cheerful assistant as Wendy? Thanks you both so much.
