Ren's Pets Whitby

Dealing with my dog's allergies and sensitive digestion has been a struggle for years. A couple of months ago the staff member Tia took the time to explain the benefits of raw dog food, which I was initially really hesitant about. She made it simple for me to understand, helped me navigate the website, and went above and beyond by writing down all the information so I could refer back to it later. I also want to mention the supervisor Sara, who is so very sweet, knowledgeable, and has provided great customer service on multiple occasions.These past couple of months since following these recommendations, my dog has experienced incredible improvements. No more itching, scratching, or soft poop!I wholeheartedly recommend Ren's for their exceptional customer service and knowledge. The store is well organized and all the staff are just so pleasant and helpful every time I go in, keep up the great work Ren's!

Highly recommended. Took my dog there at 3am and staff was very kind and cared alot about your pet. Keep in mind new renovation, someone has to pay for them. With that said it was worth what I spent for my Roxy as she means alot to me and is 16 years old and was in bad shape. Turned out to be a bad tooth, with some pain meds and antibiotics she is back to my awsomr dog. I might add people that I now give my dog CBD and at 16 she is a totally different dog. Went from barely walking to motoring around again. No this was not given to me by this clinic nor did they suggest it. Do your research it works. Only gave my dog 2 days of 10 pain meds. CBD IS NATURAL and didn't mess here up like the meds did, but the pain meds were needed at the time.

place is big and lots of things for all pets. great thing is that once a month they have a groomer come in for free to do quick things. all the staff is very friendly and very helpful

I love this location! They were super helpful when it came to finding the right products for my dog. They were super sweet with my pup and helped him find the right products for his current situation. 10/10 recommend this location

Great store. The only pet store right now that's almost fully stocked. I went everywhere else and we ended up buying 100$ worth of cat and dog items today for Xmas. The cashier at the desk was also lovely today around 230pm. Thank you!
