Purchase the trailer from them 4 years ago. Had a lot of problems with it right from the start, and at that time, the service department was terrible. I could go on and on, but at that time they would have gotten zero stars. However recently, they have revamped their service department and it seems to be off to a much better start. New staff and what appears to be a new attitude. I've dealt primarily with Arman, and he is excellent. Straight to the point, no BS and he tries. And he does all this while going to school at the same time. So five stars to him. But one incident recently where one of his coworkers tried to mislead me. So I really hope they're not falling back into the old trap. Will wait and see.

Very happy with our experience at Travelhome RV in Abbotsford. So much so, that when we decided to upgrade our RV, we knew we were going back to Travelhome to do it. Service department, management and reception were also great to deal with. We love the Mom and Pop feel of this dealership. They really take care of their customers.
