The staff is very friendly they always greet you when you enter the salon. They are always attentive to my needs as soon as I come in. Cheryl has been taking care of me and my childrens hair needs for almost a year now and she has always done an excellent job. Very personable and professional I would highly recommend Cheryl and we will definitely continue going to her.

Recently their service was bad, I decided not to go to them again.. the last time I had an appointment from them and when I went they made a new girl who does not know how to hold scissors cut my hair badly and left them with half haircut

First time getting my hair cut here today, they did an amazing job and the price was good as well. It's not very often that I can find a hairdresser that knows how to cut my wavy hair so that it actually looks good, and the staff was very friendly, 100% will come back.

I deal with Cheryl Karchewski and she is fantastic. She is the best hairdresser I have ever been to. She is super fast and extremely polite. I recommend her to all my friends

I've been going here for years and I'm totally happy with their service. I think I must have sat in all of the different stylist's chairs over the years and they are all friendly and competent.

I'm disappointed when booking the appointment I made it clear my son was Autistic.We arrived and the stylist that greeted us never said a word. My sons stylist asked about his mask. I said he's autistic and wont wear it during a haircut. It causes meltdowns. It depends on his mood, he usually won't wear a mask. I was denied my 2pm appointment. She offered for us to come in later when no one else was in the salon. There was ONE other person getting their hair cut. I understand the rules but I also made the appointment at 2pm for a reason. I couldnt come back in later. There are mask exemptions for people. They could have been more understanding. Will NEVER step foot in there again. Its not my sons fault he doesnt understand all this covid protocol.Educate yourself on Autistic children.
