As someone who doesn’t really go bowling, the place is pretty cool. It has a few arcade games as well as a VR racing game that looked pretty interesting. The bowling area is well kept. Good place to take your kids or to chill at with friends. Solid 7/10

I think this is the only place for bowling in Milton. I hosted my daughter's birthday part there, and my experience was just alright. The server was not present when we needed them, we had to ask for drinks and plates many times, and it seems that our request was getting ignored. Manger was not present during our event, I guess, that he was busy in the vip area. I went upstairs to check the pool tables, and they were in roughed up condition, with limited selection of cues. This location can improve, as the town is growing and going to neighboring town is a hastle.

Came to champs Friday February 3 at around 8pm, we haven’t been to champs in awhile but came for some drinks and food. We were sitting in a booth and didn’t have to wait our waitress was on the ball, with refills and getting food out to all her customers. She was very sweet and apologetic we also watched her serve tables that weren’t even hers because she was running to a bunch of different tables with a smile on her face. We asked for her name because we are expecting the same service next time. Sophia got us a pool table right away after we were wait listed for 3 hours but we came to champs with the intentions of playing pool. We are very happy with her service we will definitely be coming back again, just for her service.

We had our daughters 11th birthday celebrations at Champs yesterday and the manager and staff went above and beyond..the girls had a fantastic time! They did the escape room first, then arcade and food..Thank you for making the whole experience so easy to organize and the food was delicious as always!!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely unhappy with our experience at CHAMPS. For years we have enjoyed spending our weekends bowling, enjoying the food and the arcade. Unfortunately after our experience tonight we will not be returning. We ordered four orders of wings and all of them were completely raw and bloody. After politely sending them back we were informed that it was a “burst blood vessel” but they would still be remade. We had completely lost our appetite at this point but gave them the benefit of the doubt, after receiving our new wings they were cooked but we still wanted to voice our concern to our server, the blonde curly haired bartender. After politely expressing our negative experience with our first order of wings and asking if there was anything else they would be able to do to compensate us further, we were responded to with nothing but sass and unacceptable customer service. The server proceeded to be condescending and did not respond to my concerns appropriately at all. If she could have just said that the food remake was the only compensation they were able to offer at the time I would have completely understood. I am truly disappointed with my negative experience and unfortunately will not be returning again. Much more needs to be done in terms of costumer service training.

My family and I have been coming to Champs for bowling and the arcade since 2017. It's where my family and I had our 1st date in Milton. My son has sensory issues, and the server was SO accommodating to turn down the volume to the music one night at bowling. The food is fantastic, and you have to try their pizza. The new VR ride is a lot of fun. Recently my son and I did the escape room for the 1st time, and he can't wait to have his birthday party there in Feb. I have no complaints about the bar, and the service is quick and friendly—the perfect place for family fun, food, and a game of billiards.

Amazing staff very courteous, super helpful and friendly. Had the vip lanes booked for a group on saturday and it wasnt very busy in the afternoon so kids werent bothered by crowd. Loved the ambience, food and staff. The prices were a bit high once everything added with gratuity etc but worth it as everyone had a wonderful experience!

Fun fun fun!Also they are running a great deal, my 4 kids did 2 hrs of bowling for $18!! Another 30$ for arcade fun.Very clean, large venue and helpful staff. The shoes also didnot stink, which is always a bonus. They also have an escape room. How awesome is that? I didn't even know it existed.Definitely going again soon.

Had a great time with friends here. It's a good party place for children. Food tastes really good, and they provide options to switch it up a little. Friendly staff.
