Requires new machines, old ones are not as good, exchange coin system is not good, they should keep actual currency instead token.

I don’t love the tokens system for the machines. The floor is usually a little dirty, but I have seen them clean it once in a while so I know it does happen, how regularly I can’t say. I know people have complained about machines not working but in my experience, they do what they need to do.

If you are looking for a quick place to do laundry, this is it. If you are looking for a super clean, luxurious, and safe space, this is NOT it. All machines use a token system $5 CAD = 20 tokens. 1 load washed, dried, & box of soap left me with 6 tokens. No way to exchange back for $. Great business scheme for the owner(s). Not so great for customers who are travelers.

The exchange of money for tokens is like stealing. The owner should just put normal currency in the change machine.
