I called to get information regarding their training program, the person responded to my call in what seemed to be Chinese not English or French and as I spoke English to her as this is a flight centre located in Canada, she passed me back and forth laughing with another lady and it sounded as they were in a car, I appreciate if someone is new to our country however I do not appreciate mockery and this level of poor and just sad customer care, as this is an aviation academy meaning one of the most serious institutions and I will be reporting this situation to transport Canada as a result; for all other pilots in my position please refrain from contacting this Institution as I am in disbelief with what just happened.
