All the self serve machines were inoperational. Customer service was slow. More training required I was not very happy.

If you like losing money, go to Staples. They charge .69 to scan each page you have! I don't know what they charge for copying but if they charge that much for a scan I'm never going there for any services.

Understaffed. You have to wait forever to get serviced. can’t get the business cards printed because their system crashed. Nobody knows anything. Complete mess. I didn’t get what I came for. Left. Have to do it online through their confusing instructions. Complete mess.

Not happy with the service that staples gives I was thtoday staff at contour was rude will never go back to sta6 Should have more polite staff when staff is rude I just take my stuff and leave which I did today
