Shaun was punctual and efficient, a pleasure to work with. After the inspection he was happy to answer any questions I had as well as doing a quick review of any issues he found. I received the inspection report from him before i had even returned home and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The report included a thorough breakdown of all the issues he noted, as well as accompanying pictures to support his findings. I also appreciated that items were marked with different urgency levels as to what needed repairing immediately and what could wait to be repaired. I would definitely use Shaun again for an inspection, and will be recommending him to friends in the future.

Shaun showed up and went right to work. It was a horrible day too. Blowing snow and miserable out. He was very thorough. He looked at everything. When he was in the basement, I came down and he proceeded to tell me all his findings. The problems I noticed myself he found and a little more. When he was done, he went over everything. Not just the bad. He told me the good things about the home to. We have decided to purchase this house and make it our home. Shaun was a part of that decision. I love the report. As a handy person myself, I now have a work list to go through once I move in. I would highly recommend this company. Well worth the money. Valuable information.

We used Shaun to inspect a home we put an offer on at the recommendation of our realtor. I’ve had home inspections in the past but not to this quality. Shaun is very thorough and does a fantastic job. He explained everything he was doing and what he was finding throughout the house with pictures and provided an extremely detailed report. While doing the suggestions, Mr Jeffrey was very insightful and gave multiple options on ways to correct faults found in the house. I am so impressed with the detail and work put into my inspection. Shaun was very thorough and walked through the entire home to point out suggestions and recommendations. It was all written in a statement so I won’t forget any details and even gave me the info needed for my home insurance. In my opinion home inspections are a must. Such great information that the average person would not know. Very professional and answered every question I had. Highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with the inspections we got from Shaun! We are first time home buyers (in a very crazy sellers market!), and we felt so much better having him look through potential houses for us before offering on them. We hired Shaun and Stephanie on very short notice to inspect a home we had put an offer on. I've used 2 different inspection vendors previously, and my experience with A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections was a vast improvement. The inspection was thorough, and they encouraged me to perform my own inspection while they did theirs, noting any questions I might have. During their inspection, they asked me to join them whenever they came across something in the home that warranted explanation. Shaun provided an oral debrief in real-time at the end of the review, highlighting major concerns and providing an opportunity for me to ask my own questions. They emailed a digital copy of their report by the end of that same day, and followed up with another email reminding us to contact them with any subsequent questions. Excellent customer service.
