I purchased a disposable concentrate pen from this retailer. There was approximately 20 percent usage of the product before the battery died. Upon going back to take my issue up with the staff and management(Andy) I was told this is a known issue with the product I purchased to which they could not provide a reasonable resolution for this defective product with this known issue. I wish they told me about the issue considering they all admittedly knew about it. I have never experienced such tasteless customer service in my life and will never be back to shop at a True North Location. I could go on and on about the experience but I just warn you this group does not stand behind the products it's shelves. Beware.

Only good things to say about this place. Its my current go to place for edibles and catridges. Have enough selection and great customer service. Definitely worth checking out. I have to check out other places in Cambridge to confirm if its the best in city.

Visited for the first time last week and the employee who served me was more than helpful! Prices are good as well and they offer a variety of products! Thank you so much!Edit: After many visits, all employees are amazing and giving an amazing customer service. Definitely the place to go in Cambridge!
