Food is average. But it's fine since this is just a food court food. What i did not notice is that there was a service charge on the bill. To me, that's a hidden cost, because on the menu that wasn't clearly called out. Plus, i was doing takeout so not sure why there should be a charge.

Great food! Been coming here for years but unfortunately customer service has drastically declined. Employee working in the area where rosti and schnitzel is served was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant ever! Had to find someone else to help us as I refused to be spoken to in the manner that I was spoken to. Additionally it was hard to find someone to cash out. It’s really too bad.

meh. customer service is hit and miss. wait times can be long. enjoy their stir fry but their pasta (although quite a large serving) and BLAND. no taste. and their sauce is coloured water that your pasta swims in. agh. not worth paying $$$$ for.

You certainly maximize your moneys worth here! From fresh baked muffins, potato rosti with smoked salmon to fish and chips, I got my favourites and there are a lot! The stations have employees that have stayed loyal to this restaurant franchise for 7+years so the service is seamless.

Breakfast in this place is my habit long time ago but they finish breakfast early .Pastas are greatThe only drawback they don’t have Halal food .Their desserts are amazing

This branch Richtree Market is one of the best breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. I recommend this destination for a family/friends gathering.I always start with a smoked salmon sandwich with a rosti potato and a coffee for the breakfast.They have very delicious pastas and tomato soap.The seating is huge and the staff are very welcoming.

My mother and I enjoyed brunch on a Thursday morning. One of the employees named Mark was extremely sweet, attentive and welcoming. He made sure we were enjoying our meal and he always kept the table clean. We had such a great conversation with him! You can’t go wrong with pastries from Richetree. Highly recommend the spinach and cheese danish, the cherry and cheese danish, chocolate croissants and the pineapple upside down cake. They are all fresh, delicious and full of flavour! This restaurant has so many options to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The woman at the cashier, Kierit was very friendly. Thank you Mark and Kierit!! :)

09.17 2022 (Saturday):Long overdue. Thankfully I was going through my photos from last year and the pictures had the dates. Couldn't forget this place as their pizza stood out to me out of everything else. Thin, crispy base and filled with falvour on top with mixed veggies and light cheese. Planning to back to try a slice this year. One of the best slices of pizza I've eaten at square one. Best part is they make it fresh daily. I remember the lady that served it was very friendly! Highly recommend the pizza here.

Trying to cut costs. Contains are not it for pasta that is saucey. I’m not even home yet and the sauce is already in the bag. They don’t pre weigh their pasta anymore??? The burners also looked a lot dirtier that I have ever seen them. New management maybe??I got home now and editing this - the pasta is NOT what it used to be

It’s a quick bite to eat. I like when the food is prepared in from of you, it makes it more fresh. I love the rösti (with sausage and onions) but it’s not always made fresh, sometimes it just sits there. So I don’t like it when it’s soggy. But when it’s good, it’s really good! I work in the mall so I get a discount too. The cookies are really tasty!! I asked for a suggestions and the worker said to get the double chocolate one(I forget the name) but she was right it was so worth it. It’s better to go earlier because the stuff is more fresh than when you go near the end of the day !!
