Always had great service, till tonight.Called about a complaint that I have found human hair in one of my orders and I wasn't happy about it. these guys are delivering food from there restraunt but even reaching to your door worst service i have ever seen these guys took more than an hour and didnt even delivered it and i saw in skip the dishes app and they delivered from there after a delivery guy came and said do you want it or not now

Tried wings twice gave it a second chance, if you like your wings overcooked and dry, with sauce dumped on top be my guest, I guarantee you a mouth full of dry wings with sauce that does not mix well. Waste of time and money. sorry Big Wing's, you'll have to put in a little more effort for my business.

Normally I just get some deep fried oreos, which are usually really good! However, I decided to get the belcher, some wings, and a poutine. The belcher was good, but the wings and poutine were disappointing to say the least. Both were way too wet. Even after taking off a bunch of gravy from the poutine, it was still soaked. The gravy was chunky and salty, and it barely had any cheese. Wings flavor was good, but the amount of sauce could've been used for easily triple the amount of wings.
